Shipping & Return Policy

$6 Flat Rate shipping charge.  We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Insurance can be provided upon request. 

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.  Please open your package as you soon you receive it.  If you were sent incorrect items, items you believe are defective or are missing items from your order please contact us ( within 3 days of receiving the item so we can get it sorted out.   

Here is the simple run down on our Return Policy:

  • Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake was on our end.  No refunds will be given.  
  • All Clearance items, end of summer sale items, jewelry, accessories, Wubbanubs and items with personalization are FINAL sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Items must be un-worn (free of makeup and deodorant stains), un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached.
  • Items must be received by our returns department or postmarked within 14 days from the original purchase date.
  • Please include a copy of the original receipt with the item you are returning circled.

If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department.

When returning items, we recommend using a tracking number, as we are not responsible for items lost while in transit to us.  Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  If you live in Elizabeth City or the surrounding area, feel free to bring your return directly to the store. 

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and sales tax. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges:  At the Lazzy Frog we are constantly getting in new merchandise but in limited quantities.  If you send back an item we cannot guarantee that we will have what you want at that time.  For an exchange, follow the normal return procedures.  We will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card which you may use towards the correct size or another item.   

Please note: Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.

In Store Pick up:  If you live in Elizabeth City or the surrounding area, you may save on the shipping charge and pick your item(s) up in our store during normal store hours.  During checkout, choose  pickup at store and the shipping charge will be waved.  Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase.
